KCB Contracting is a fully licensed & insured contracting company specializing in Commercial Building Maintenance & Renovations. We started out 25 years ago as a small family run painting company and have since grown and developed into the full-service comprehensive contractor we are today servicing most of Eastern Massachusetts and even parts of North Eastern Rhode Island.

We are specifically structured and set up to take care of the needs of Commercial, Apartment, & Office Complexes while also having extensive experience and knowledge in handling facilities maintenance and management for specialty properties such as Schools, Colleges, & more.

KCB has a fully functioning office and staff to assure that customer service and the specific accounting/billing needs of our clients are always taken care of with professionalism & efficiency.

The majority of our work comes from Unit Turnover, Unit Remodeling, and Common Area Renovations. We specialize in turnkey operations where we work with our clients to relieve the stress of any project and help them find the easiest road to the best possible finished product. Whether it be painting an apartment or dorm room in between tenants or renovating the entire common areas of a 40 story building, we can handle it. If you are swapping out flooring from carpet to vinyl or remodeling 200 units top to bottom, we have done it. No job is too small or too big when you have a relationship with KCB.

KCB operates using family and long-time employed tradesmen to make sure our jobs are run with a certain degree of trust and reliability. We strive to avoid employee turnover so that we can know exactly what our guys are capable of and who we are sending to our clients’ projects. We believe it better to take the time and make the investment to train up good hard working people rather than hire based solely off immediate needs. This comes in extremely handy when working in occupied buildings and spaces such as apartment buildings or college dorms.
